Dr. Umar Haque

Dr. Umar Haque is a highly respected dentist with over 20 years of experience delivering exceptional care to patients. A graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Haque further honed his skills through a General Practice Residency at both the University of Illinois and the University of Chicago. He is also the author of the insightful guide “Dental 101: The 101 Factors You Should Know Before Going to the Dentist”.


Committed to advancing dental education, Dr. Haque has served as a faculty member at Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine. He has completed prestigious training programs, including the Dawson Academy Curriculum and the Implant Seminars Continuum and Masters Series. Additionally, Dr. Haque has pursued advanced education under renowned dental experts like Drs. Misch, Garber, Salama, and Goldstein.

Dr. Haque holds Fellowship, Mastership, and Diplomate credentials from the American Dental Implant Association and a Fellowship from the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. He is also the past president of the Passion 4 Dentistry Study Club. His professional memberships include the American Dental Association, Illinois State Dental Society, West Suburban Dental Society, and Chicago Dental Society.

Beyond his career, Dr. Haque is deeply rooted in his community. He enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Siraj, who also manages his practice, and their two children. Dr. Haque’s hobbies include woodworking, 3D printing, and exploring creative projects. He has dedicated over a decade to the Boy Scouts of America as Scoutmaster for Troop 99 and actively contributes to various local organizations.
